hi! i think that it's great! a wonder tutorial! well i want to ask something because i 'm doing a wallpaper following this technique but i have a problem...when i try to paint the triangle  (made with the path tool) with the gradient tool, GIMP fill all the layer. how i can resolve it?

is the  path a individual layer?
